Well, this is interesting, PP. When finally doing a definitive study they should also control for obesity, lack of exercise, lack of sunshine, fertility, crap food and addiction to electronics and social media. I've never known anyone who had a heart attack from pot. I have known some who drank themselves into a coronary and, of course, several people who died from coke related heart problems. But, overall I've known more people who die from heart trouble because they are fat for a long time and enjoy all the attendant health benefits.
This chart from Israel is frightening. Is this getting much attention from official circles? Jeez.
