Portugal was one of the lowest birth rates in EU and has over 7% lower births for September 2021 over September 2020. Compared to September 2019 it's closer to 10%.
This is just getting started. Expect about 50% more death and 15-20% lower births in 2022 than 2019 for western countries.

One factoid I found interesting mentioned in the video is that Penises are shrinking! This was newz to me. I knew about lower sperm counts and fertility rates, but I did not know that penises are shrinking in physical size.

I searched Kenya as an example. About 1.8m births in both 2021 and 2020. Deaths 430k for 2021 and 460k for 2020, but there's still a month to go.
